By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is the absolute owner of the property at Survey No.325/1B and 325/2 admeasuring to an extent of 45 cents at Ramakrishna Nagar Main Road, Porur Village, Maduravoyal Division, Tiruvallur District and it was purchased by her husband, vide registered document No.1733/1986 dated 19.06.1986 and it was settled in her favour, vide registered document No.8426/2015 on 29.05.2015 and the petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the said property. The petitioner would state that the second respondent has also issued Patta No.5913 in her name and she was also issued Chitta and for the purpose of demarcating the property, she has submitted an application/representation dated 17.06.2016 to the second respondent along with necessary fee and documents and though it was received and acknowledged, no orders have been passed and hence, she has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2016, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned .
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
