The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23570 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
