ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reserve and allot one seat in the third respondent College for the Academic Year 2020-2021 without insisting the petitioner to again appear for NEET examination.

2. In the absence of interim order, the entire seat in the third respondent College is filled up. Hence, the prayed sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
