2019-08-19Honourable Mr Justice M. Govindaraj1 pages
CMP NO.21247 OF 2017 IN CRP NO. SR 92043 OF 2017 M.GOVINDARAJ, J.
The petitioner is the landlord and the respondent is the tenant. It is seen that notice sent to the respondent/tenant has been returned with an endorsement "no such person". The petitioner/landlord is well aware of the door number and other particulars of the building. The respondent is wantonly evading services.
Considering the above said facts, delay of six days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
19.08.2019 Note:
Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list it for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
