By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working as Driver, he was transferred to Perumbakkam Bus Depot on 20.02.2018. Thereafter the petitioner reported to the said Depot on the next day itself. However the petitioner was not allowed to do duty without stating any reason. first respondent on 08.09.2019. But till date the same has been not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The petitioner has not been allowed to do duty without stating any reason. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time. Hence, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
