This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Third Respondent to inspect and issue machinery working certificate for the Petitioner for enabling him to participate in Tender Notice No.15/2019-2020/HDO dated 05.09.2019 for online submission on or before 14.10.2019 at 15.00 hrs as claimed by the Petitioner in his representations dated 16.09.2019, 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the quality certificate has been issued by the Third Respondent to the Petitioner on 03.10.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
