Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the award of the Learned Arbitrator dated 27.05.2016 in Arbitration Case No.267 of 2013.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.C.M.Mohana Sundaram, Advocate for the petitioner herein and Mr.Amalraj S. Penikilapatti, advocate for the Respondents herein and upon reading the petition and the award dated 27/05/2016 filed herein and both learned counsel having submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and Lok Adalat Award has also been passed and this court doth recording the same, it is ordered as follows:- This Original Petition in O.P.No.110 of 2017, be and is hereby dismissed as settled before Lok Adalat.
