By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that in order to rectify

the pay anomaly between the petitioner and his junior, namely A.Ramasamy, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.11.2014 to the second respondent, and to that effect a proposal was also sent by the fourth respondent to the second respondent, but till date the representation and the proposal have not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and the proposal of the fourth respondent and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2014 and the proposal sent by the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
