(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, we are inclined to grant four weeks time to the petitioner to file statutory appeal. Till such time, status quo to be maintained.

2. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

3. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the petitioner.
