ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the prayer to survey the lands in S.F.No. 236/2 and 529/D1A4F.

2. Even as per the affidavit, there seems to be a dispute with the private respondents.

3. In view thereof, the first and second respondents shall taken up the application of the petitioner for survey, issue notice to the objectors and decide the matter in accordance with law. If the survey is to be completed, 2/4

let it be completed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.01.2025 nsl To 1.
