It is seen that on 15.12.2023, this Court disposed of the above criminal original petition directing the petitioners and the second respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each to the Mediator as remuneration within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the Registry was also ordered to list the matter under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

3.Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2023 has been complied with.

4. Recording the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this petition.
