This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.11 of 2024 in O.S.No.25 of 2024 on the file of the learned District Musif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Tiruporur.

ssr require to dispose of the application. She has sent a report dated 21.10.2024, stating an application is pending under Order VII Rule 14 of C.P.C. She points out, the civil revision petitioner is yet to file a counter in the said application. The learned District Musif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tiruporur is requested to dispose of I.A.No.11 of 2024, within eight weeks from the date of disposal of the application under Order VII Rule 14 of C.P.C.
