Respondents prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the third respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3437/2015/E1 dated 07.12.2015 and that of the second respondent's letter RC.No.45529/F3/2010 dated 21.05.2015, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to continue to permit the petitioners to avail the already conferred benefits without any deduction or reduction whatsoever.
