ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On 4.10.2024, this Court passed the following order in CMP No.22370 of 2024:

"C.M.P. is filed for extending the time to comply with the payment of second installment of Rs.1,13,48,000/- as per the order dated 25.09.2024. First installment has been paid, whereas the second installment was to be paid on 16.10.2024. Counsel seeks three weeks extension of time to pay the second installment.

2. Ms.Ananda Gomathi, counsel for respondent bank has no objection.

3. Therefore, time to comply with the second installment is extended up to and including 06.11.2024. On or before 07.11.2024, an affidavit of compliance shall also be filed in the Registry with copy to respondent. If the second installment is not paid, the CRP will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. C.M.P. is disposed of."

2. Counsels state that, in view of the order dated 4.10.2024, no
