Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in this regard, the communication he received from the Sub Registrar concerned dated 23.01.2024 also has been produced before this Court for perusal.

3. This position has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
