ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4472 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.286 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in this case, charge sheet has been e-filed on 14.05.2025.

3. In view of the fact that investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 14.05.2025, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4472 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.286 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
