This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragrapah No.3 in Crl.MP.No.7422 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4816 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.7422 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4816 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
