ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's claim and grant assignment patta with respect to the land comprised in Survey No.143/2A over an extent of 1.92.0 Hectares in Angambakkam Village, Walajahbat Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that they will consider the petitioner's claim within the specified time. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim after giving notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants or private party/ interested party if any and conduct an enquiry in
the manner known to law and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
