This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 753 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has got objections in allowing petition.

4. The petitioners would aver that due to the subsequent death of his mother, family was totally affected and took sometime to mobilize funds for filing this appeal. He would further submit that due to his ill-health also, some delay occurred and caused delay of 753 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 753 days shall stand waived. 27.11.2025 Mac Note:- Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent in the cause list. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
