Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceeding in Lr.No.18830/UD-VI(1)/2015-4 dated 18.05.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's building including 2nd floor situated at Door No.166 to 169, N.S.C. Bose Road, Chennai79.
