Application No.4322 of 2017 has been filed to declare the petitioners 2 and 3 as major in TOS.No. 37 of 2010 against O.P.No. 918 of 2005 and Application No.4323 of 2017 has been filed to discharge the applicant/plaintiff guardian for petitioners 2 and 3 in T.O.S.No. 37 of 2010 against O.P.No.918 of 2005.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the second and third petitioners are the plaintiffs 2 and 3 in the above suit and they are the sons of the first plaintiff. He further submitted that now, they have attained majority.

3. In view of the above facts, these petitions are ordered and the petitioners 2 and 3 are declared as major and the first petitioner is discharged from the guardian of the petitioners 2 and 3 in T.O.S.No. 37 of 2010.

4. Registry is directed to allow the petitioner counsel carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in T.O.S.No. 37 of 2010. 04.03.2022 msm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
