Medical University, No.69, Anna Salai, Guindy, Chennai-600031 and the vice chancellor the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, No.69, Anna Salai, Guindy, Chennai-600032 the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to register the admission of B.N.Y.S Students admitted in the academic year 20202021 in the petitioner institution by way of counselling conducted by the 2nd respondent and receive the examination fee, internal assessment marks and attendance of the students for writing the examination of 1st year B.N.Y.S Course.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the admission of B.N.Y.S students admitted in the academic year 2020-2021 in the petitioner institution by way of counselling conducted by the 2nd respondent and receive the examination fee, internal assessment marks and attendance of the students for writing the examination of 1st year B.N.Y.S Course.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in W.P.No.42664 of 2022, this Court had directed the 3rd respondent to conduct the field inspection in the petitioner institution upon satisfaction of all the conditions for consideration of fresh application for grant of provisional affiliation to the institution. Hence, this Court may direct the 3rd respondent to register the admission of the students of B.N.Y.S College for the academic year 2020-2021 subject to the outcome of the aforesaid directions of this Court.
3. In view of the facts stated above, the 3rd respondent is directed to register the admission of B.N.Y.S students admitted in the academic year 2020-2021 subject to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.42664 of 2022.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 29.03.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes NHS
