PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide compensation to the petitioner for her land the Plants, Trees, Infrastructure and Building in the property situated at No.15, Vaniyamallee Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District comprised in S.No.193 admeasuring to an extent of 11 Acre 68 cents as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act, 2013 based on the representation dated 10.09.2024 joint inspection report dated 23.02.2024 and valuation report dated 05.03.2024 submitted by the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
