ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation is that the encroachments on one side of the pond were removed after the directions were passed in W.P.No.23860 of 2015.

But on the northern side, the encroachments have not been removed. The petitioner submitted a representation on 26.10.2016.

2. In view of the aforesaid position, it is directed that an inspection be caused by respondent Nos.2 and 3 within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order to verify the allegation of the continuing encroachments and in case, such encroachments are found, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned and concluded within a maximum period of three months' thereafter.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
