C.M.P.Nos.19097 and 19099 of 2022 in C.M.S.A.No.13 of 2002 P.T.ASHA, J ., These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as party to the civil miscellaneous second appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are allowed.
