dpa/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirukazhukundram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.181 of 2023 and the next hearing date is 02.11.2023 for summon to accused.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
