This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 21 to 23 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 7th defendant and array them as defendants 25 to 27 in the above suit.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the 7th defendant/Prem Kumar died.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.

6. Post the main suit on 03.12.2024.
