ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry on the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.05.2023 and to cancel the Doc No.7916/2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent office in respect of S.No.44/1, Athanur Ayipalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.
2.Though on the last occasion this Court directed the learned Spl.Govt.Pleader to produce the certified copy of the document, he did not even produce any copy of the document. Moreover, there is no representation for the writ petitioner.
