ORDER

Pursuant to the case registered by the first respondent / police in Crime No.235 of 2021, learned Government Advocate, has given a letter to the petitioner to de-freeze the account of the petitioner and based on letter dated 01.11.2023, the petitioner has withdrawn all the money from the account.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
