ORDER

Earlier, this writ petition was disposed of by a learned single Judge of this court by way of common order in W.P.Nos.43153, 43154 and 41422 of 2016 on 18.12.2017. On appeal in W.A.No.184, 185 and 186 of 2018, the common order of the learned single Judge of this court were set aside and the writ petitions were remitted back for fresh consideration. That is how, the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.43153, 43154 and 41422 of 2016 have been listed before this court for fresh consideration on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Today, when this writ petitions referred to above are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not presses the present writ petition alone and therefore, he sought permission of this court to not press the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
