C.M.P.No.23314 of 2024 in CMA.SR.No.125641 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI. J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 345 days in filing the CMA.

2. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly this petition is allowed. However, it is made clear that the claimant is not entitled for interest on the compensation for the period of delay.
