Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order of the 1st respondent viz., District Collector to the Tahsildar dated 02.12.2016 stating that the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2016 would be considered.

2. 3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
