O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR and conduct the proper investigation on the CSR No.453 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent police on 17.09.2022 against one Swetha on the allegation of cheating.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.453 of 2022; after completing the enquiry, the same has been closed as the matter is civil in nature and the copy of the closure report has also been served on the petitioner.

5. In view of the above stated facts, the petitioner is at liberty either to accept the closure report or to initiate appropriate proceedings by invoking Section 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C. before the appropriate forum.

6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
