Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the Crl.O.P.No.25151 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner's husband and father-in-law before this Court and the same was dismissed on 24.11.2016. However, the Police authority has not harassed the petitioner and they are only conducting enquiry in accordance with law.
