RESPONDENTS Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant orders of recognition for the petitioner's MBBS course during 2010-11 to 2014-15 undergone in the 5th respondent college and consequently direct the 4th respondent to grant final year (Third year Part II) MBBS examination, MBBS degree / passing certificate, internship
completion certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to obtain permanent registration certificate from the respondent from the respondents 2 and 3, within a time to be fixed by this Court to enable the petitioner to take up admission for Post Graduate Medical Course in the 6th respondent insitute.

Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner namely grant of internship certificate has already been issued by the 4th respondent - Medical University and the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
