ORDER
Mr.R.Kumaravel,learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the online rejection order in Application Numbers in TN-5202502276953 (M.Kumaresan), TN-5202502276982 (T.K.Bhavani) and TN5202502277010 (S.K.Prabakar) dated NIL and quash the same and direct the respondent to issue the Online Community Certificate to the petitioner and his children namely T.K.Bhavani and S.K.Prabakar based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner which was confirmed by the Three Member District Level Vigilance Committee, Krishnagiri dated 01.08.2007 in ROC.23653/2004(L3) dated .07.2007 and by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.3159 of 2015 dated 03.06.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner specifically contended that already the petitioner and his children were issued with Kurumans (ST) community certificate and the petitioner had requested for issuance online community certificate. Though all the relevant documents were produced before the authority, the respondent had rejected their application.

In view of the above submission, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, on 11.08.2025 and produce all the relevant documents to the respondent. On production of such documents and after verifying the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall issue the online community certificate to the petitioner and his children viz., T.K.Bhavani and S.K.Prabakar as they belong to Kurumans (ST) community forthwith i.e., before 13.08.2025. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
