This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9097 of 2023, by an order dated 22.6.2023, to appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing without fail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the specific request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail, expect for unforeseen circumstances. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner should not be shift the blame to the prosecution. The petition u/s.317 can be entertained only for two successive times and third time, it will be rejected.
