ORDER
Mr.R.Kumaravel,learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the online rejection order in Application Numbers in TN-52025072813034 (Sasmita Vijayakumar, TN-520250729930 (Nirushana Vijayakumar) dated Nil and to direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children Sasmita Vijayakumar and Nirushana Vijayakumar that they belong to Kurumans (ST) community based upon the community certificate of the petitioner and his wife J.Subashini and State Committee report in favour of the petitioner's brother V.Sivakumar in Proceedings No.15847/CV4(1)/2016-7 dated 12.08.2024 and own sister V.Vijayalakshmi in proceedings No.14965/ADW II/2002 dated
30.09.2002 and petitioner's wife's own sister J.Malarvizhi in proceedings No.11433/CV-5/2010-11 dated 25.11.2019.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner specifically contended that though all the relevant documents available with them have been produced before the authority, the respondent had rejected the application stating that all the relevant documents were not produced.

It is also seen from the online status report of the rejection order dated 06.08.2025 produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an endorsement made stating "Tahsildar Application recommended. Based on the Village Administrative Officer, Revenue Inspector inquiry report and document verified'.
5. It is seen from the records that the petitioner & his wife, J.Subashini were issued with Kurumans (ST) community certificate. The petitioner's brother V.Sivakumar and the petitioner's wife own sister J.Malarvizhi were also issued with Kurumans (ST) community certificate.

In view of the above, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Athur, Salem District, on 11.08.2025 and produce all the relevant documents to the respondent. On production of such documents and after verifying the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall issue the Kurumans (ST) community certificate to the petitioner's children viz., Sasmita Vijayakumar and Nirushana
Vijayakumar forthwith i.e., before 13.08.2025. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
