Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.EZHILARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to mistake committed by clerk instead of filing a carbon copy, CD is filed. The conditional order passed on 28.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.11951 and 11955 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.N.o.818 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. The conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.11951 and 11955 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.N.o.818 of 2019 to deposit the amount within a period of four weeks is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.
