These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent and (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 9 to 11 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
