ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed,to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 15.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.57 of 2017 in O.S.No.44 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Sub Court at Puducherry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself already been disposed of and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and also an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
