This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19607 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the charge sheet has been filed as directed by the Court.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.
