A.No.4862 of 2024 has been filed to implead the applicant as party respondent in A.No.3913 of 2024 in the above suit and exclude the property situated at T.S.No.47/4, Block 76, Kodambakkam Village, Mambalam Taluk, Chennai District morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons from the final decree proceedings.

A.No.6364 of 2024 has been filed to implead the applicant as respondent in A.No.3913 of 2024 in the above suit and exclude the property situated at Door No.1/2, in Old Survey No.262/2B, New Survey No.47/5, Block 76, T.S.No.47, Murugammal Nagar, bearing Plot No.4, measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft Patta No.558, Pillaiyar Koil Street morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons from the final decree proceedings. A.No.6393 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 292 days in fling the application to set aside the exparte decree dated 20.07.2023 in the above suit and to set aside the exparte decree dated 20.07.2023 passed against the applicant.

3. Perusal of records would show that the counter has not been filed by the 4th respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, these applications are allowed.

6. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

7. Post the suit on 29.01.2025.
