This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to reconstruct the bundle in S.T.C.No.5524 of 2014 and dispose the same 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
