The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dated 21.06.2022 for patta name corrections for the lands in survey no.261/1A of an extent of 0.82.5 Hec situated in Thippireddihalli Village, Dharmapuri District, within a stipulated time.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the representation submitted by the petitioner was rejected.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
