This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para no.4(b) by an order dated 18.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18869 of 2023 to report before the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and sign all the date of hearings, till the completion of trial.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the committal Court everyday at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, as directed by the Sessions Court.
