O R D E R

Heard Mr. S.Natarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, which would not cause any prejudice to the Fourth Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. 3.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 26.09.2022 made by the petitioner against the Fourth Respondent for not having singed the cheques for local body. 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the Fourth Respondent has signed 2/4

cheques upto 07.11.2022 and a memo dated 08.11.2022 has been filed to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of such action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
