This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 am for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation passed in Crl.O.P.No.21469/2024 on 03/09/2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offences involved and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
