O R D E R

The wife is before me. She seeks for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.468 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court at Salem to the file of Sub Court at Ranipet.

2. The petitioner states that she is without any assistance as her father is no more. She states that she has great difficulty in travelling from Walajapet to Salem, which takes considerable time, and also separated by considerable distance.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the wife is working in Bangalore and therefore the Family Court at Hosur is ideal for both parties.

4. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is working from home i.e. out of Ranipet and therefore Hosur would represent the same distance as Salem.

5. Considering the overall circumstances as the presence of the parties is not essential for the Subordinate Court, I am inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.468 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Salem to the file of the Subordinate Judge at Ranipet. 2/2

6. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
