Again when on 03.04.2025 the matter came up for hearing, there was no representation. However, the matter was ordered to be listed on 04.04.2025 under the caption for dismissal, but it was not listed on that day. Subsequently, the matter was listed today (i.e) 07.04.2025 under the caption "for dismissal".
